Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember information between one page and the next. This page lists the ones we use, what they are for, how long they last and how you control each of them. The inventory is organised by tool, not by address: a single tool usually relies on several domains, and your consent applies to the whole tool.
1. How we ask for your consent
On your first visit, a notice presents the cookie categories and lets you accept, refuse or choose category by category. Until you make a choice, only essential cookies are stored — the analytics, marketing and functional categories stay disabled.
Your choice is recorded and can be changed at any time through the preferences link in this page's footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as granting it, and does not affect the contracted service.
The legal basis for essential cookies is performance of contract and the legitimate interest in maintaining security. For the other categories it is consent.
2. Essential cookies
They keep you authenticated, protect form submissions against fraud, store basic interface preferences — such as the chosen language — and record your cookie choice.
Without them the Platform does not work, which is why they do not depend on consent and cannot be disabled without making the service unusable.
| Tool | Provider | Duration | Origin | Purpose |
|---|
| WiseData Consent | WiseData Business LTDA | Session to 12 months | First party | Stores your cookie choice so it is honoured on the following pages, and avoids resending the notice's own diagnostics on every load. Cookies: wd_consent, wd_inst and wd_inv. The notice is loaded from consent.wisedataconsent.com, which stores nothing in your browser. |
|---|
| Platform session | WiseData Business LTDA | Session to 12 months | First party | Keeps the User authenticated across screens, prevents forged form submission (CSRF) and stores the language chosen in the switcher. |
|---|
3. Functional cookies
They organise script loading and allow third-party embedded resources to be displayed.
| Tool | Provider | Duration | Origin | Purpose |
|---|
| Google Tag Manager | Google | Session | Third party | Loads and organises the scripts of the site and of the Platform more efficiently. Domain: www.googletagmanager.com. |
|---|
4. Analytics cookies
They measure how people reach us and how they navigate between screens, in aggregate form, so we can improve the product.
| Tool | Provider | Duration | Origin | Purpose |
|---|
| Google Analytics | Google | 2 years | Third party | Measures how people reach us, which screens they visit and how they navigate between them, producing aggregate usage and performance reports. Cookies _ga, _ga_* and _gid, loaded by Google Tag Manager. Domains: analytics.google.com and www.google-analytics.com. |
|---|
5. Marketing and advertising cookies
They serve to show our ads to people who have already visited us — which is called remarketing —, to measure campaign results and to follow up with people who sign up through our forms.
These cookies allow your visit to be associated with campaigns and advertising platforms. They are only stored after you accept them, and refusing them does not prevent use of the site or of the Platform: only the ads you may see stop being personalised by us.
| Tool | Provider | Duration | Origin | Purpose |
|---|
| Google Ads | Google | Session to 2 years | Third party | Shows our ads to people who have already visited us, attributes conversions and measures campaign performance. Cookie _gcl_au. Domains: ad.doubleclick.net, googleads.g.doubleclick.net, stats.g.doubleclick.net, www.googleadservices.com and pagead2.googlesyndication.com. |
|---|
| Meta Pixel | Meta Platforms | Session to 3 months | Third party | Measures conversions coming from ads on Facebook and Instagram and allows our ads to be shown to people who have already visited us. Cookie _fbp. Domains: connect.facebook.net and www.facebook.com. |
|---|
| Marketing automation | WiseData Business LTDA | Session to 12 months | First party | Records the source of the visit and the interactions with our pages and messages, for commercial follow-up with people who sign up through our forms. Cookies mtc_id, mtc_sid, mautic_device_id and mautic_referer_id, processed on the Licensor's own server. |
|---|
7. International transfer
The third-party cookies listed on this page are operated by providers with infrastructure outside Brazil, which constitutes an international transfer of data.
These transfers comply with articles 33 to 36 of the LGPD and are supported by contractual clauses ensuring a level of protection compatible with Brazilian law, as set out in ANPD Board Resolution no. 19/2024. The full list of providers is in section 8 of the Privacy Policy.
First-party cookies — the consent record, the Platform session and marketing automation — are processed on the Licensor's infrastructure.
8. How to control, and changes
Through the preferences link in this page's footer you can review or change your choice at any time.
All browsers allow you to view, block and delete cookies in the privacy settings. You may also browse in a private window, which discards cookies on close, and adjust ad personalisation in Google's and Meta's own controls. Blocking essential cookies prevents the consent notice itself from working and blocks access to the Platform.
This Policy may be updated, particularly when a tool is added or removed. The version in force will always be on this page, with a version number and date.
Questions about cookies and about the processing of your data can be sent through the public privacy request form.
